Fundraising for BBC Children in Need

We are proud to announce that the Gateshead Youth Initiative is taking part in this year’s BBC Children in Need appeal. Our young people and volunteers will be joining thousands of others across the UK to help raise money for an incredible cause that supports children and young people to have safe, happy and secure childhoods.

To mark the occasion, our Youth Night on Thursday 14 November will be Pudsey themed, with fun challenges, games and activities for everyone to enjoy. We’re encouraging everyone to get into the spirit by dressing up in Pudsey colours and taking part in the evening’s celebrations. Donations will be welcome on the night, and anyone who can’t attend can still support the appeal through our GoFundMe page.

All proceeds raised will go directly to BBC Children in Need, helping to fund vital projects that make a real difference to young people’s lives. We are so proud to be doing our part and to show what can happen when communities come together for a good cause.
